This is a very timely post for me, as I had a boyfriend do this with me yesterday.
I passed out, 2x. I lost all sensation, sexually. I cannot fathom how this is a turn on to the "stranglee", you're OUT OF IT!
I wouldn't recommend it. Strongly.

Yes he's definitely going a bit too far if you're passing out. Not meaning to spoil his fun but the number of people who have actually died doing breath control is incredible. The worst thing is it apparently happens very quickly. Most of the effect in my experience comes from the compression of the carotid arteries in the neck and not from lack of oxygen.
