Working as a social escort ?
« on: 05 August 2009, 08:15:38 pm »
Hi, Im new to this site and would really appreciate some serious advice on this subject please.

I am currently out of work but working as an escort offering personal services within a private house. I'm looking into doing the social escort side of this work and I am aware this mean offering personal services which does not bother me as I'm already providing these services within a safe enviroment already. My question is are any of the online social escorting agengy's out there to be trust at all ? I have looked at many so far and also spoken with a handful of them and all pretty much offer the same things, slight variation in earning but not much differs from each one !!!! The most recent one is one claiming to have been well established now for 12 yrs and bases near heathrow airport. Their registration fee is ?290 and they have a booking lined up for me this coming saturday evening 8pm, a social booking which potentially will also require personal services as well, making the potential earnings for that evenings work ?700 .................... uuuuummmmmm I consider myself to be very street wise and smart and to date since working in this industry have never allowed anyone to ripped me off and i dont want to make this mistake now.
I dont need to pay my registration fee untill 24 hrs b4 the booking takes place but my gut feeling is that this booking may well get cancelled before 8pm sat evening or i'll turn up at the hotel and there will be no one there expecting me !!! always a risk I know. Obviously I'm very reluctant to have over ?290 and be scammed, my gut feeling here is that no matter how rich the client is, who is really going to pay you ?500 to sit and have dinner and drinks with you and not expect anything more !!!!

If there is anyone out there who can give me some honest and truthful advice with this I would really appreciate it. Please, please dont anyone reply if you have'nt had experience in or with this line of work before,  I can seriously do without opinunated people's views on this subject.

Thank you in advance for you help you can give me.

Any 'agency' that wants you to pay anything before you have cash in your hand from a client is a scam.

The reality is that there so little social escorting work, it is much easier to find victims for such scams than to find anyone work.

We have an article about this.

Forget about the social escort agencies, if they're all offering the same sort of deal as the that one, they're all scams. If you want to vary how you work a bit, join a real agency or become an independent escort. You'll mostly be going straight to clients' homes and hotel rooms, but there'll be the odd dinner date.

Hi there

I contacted a 'companions' agency a couple of days ago. They asked for between ?200 and ?360 for admin/registration/membership fees citing that due to the credit crunch the agency could no longer rely on cliants to pay commision??? They said the payment would not have to be made until a booking had been made.

Their ?200 membership they actually said not to go for and to go for the more expensive ones as they included your photo's on the net. The Gold and Bronze membership were related to wether you would be shown locally or internationally.

They attempted to woo with possibility being taken to an award ceromany aswell as wedding, dinner, charity events and business lunches.

After alll the blurb I promtly said thank you but no thank you and put the phone down, only to recieve an email from them straight away which I promptly deleted!

Thanks for all the advice on the site by the way it is very helpfull :)

Feel free to name the scammers - it all adds up to more chance other people will find out the truth before handing over the money.

Successful social escorting agencies seem to be about as trustworthy as anyone who claims to send a Yeti on a date - one hears about these mythical creatures a lot but no one has ever seen one...

Although if you join my new directory for the discerning chap at the high end of the industry, I will not just arrange a Yeti but throw in the incredible bearded lady and a gaggle of wild women of Borneo....  ;D
