I don’t like to impose a weight limit but a fat man has broken my table.

Going forward I wont be letting them on my table when I get one. I also don’t fancy massaging on the bed.

Will have to be an HJ only.

Do any of you refuse fat people
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

I don't think advertising 'no fat punters' is going to be that helpful Lottie - a punter could be five feet tall and fat and still weigh less than Mr Amy (who is six foot five and weighs a good seventeen sixteen stone). Plus you'd be asking them to judge for themselves whether they would be OK to book or not.

Does your table give a weight limit - I would think most should surely go to twenty five or thirty stone? I don't know much about it but if you Google the make you might be able to find one and then you can just put that on your ads :).

Bloody hell, as most mobile tables can take around 30 stone, this guy was huge to be able to break it.  May even be an issue on a bed if it's not a good one.  As some places I stayed have had cheap beds, some very good ones.

Have you got a spare table? if not you can get one on Amazon delivered the next day girl around £90.

No. He is a nice regular and I should not have let him on. Anyway I was more concerned about him hurting himself x

Landlord actually had a really nice one in his cupboard lol. He wanted 80 but I managed to knock him down to 40. X

My massage table only takes 18 stone, however I have massaged bigger men occasionally.  Obviously you can't know till they turn up.  I was a nervous wreck massaging one and I don't have them back!  How awful for you>........

Am I the only one that feels this 'nice regular' should have at least offered to pay for the table he broke? He must know it wouldn't be cheap to replace. I would be quite upset if someone damaged my property accidental or otherwise & didn't offer to pay for it.

Often it’s not just the size. It’s the way they bank their arse when they turn round.

Every time an extra large man moves from lying on his front to lying on his back I always hold my breath and pray to the massage table gods.  :D

You should all have a policy if too fat you not allowed on massage table or anyone really fat must pay a deposit upfront called a fat deposit incase they break the table if they do not they get it refunded. Lol

I've had a large client break my work bed before. It was because of how he landed hard on it when he sat down.He just said 'Oops' he must have known he had broken it.
After that I reinforced it with nailed on wooden wardrobe doors.Just comes with the territory at the end of the day unless you ban people over a certain weight.

Yes I once had a well built man throw himself on my bed, then try to cover up the breakage which got worse over time. Another sat heavily on a seagrass chest which gave way, once again tried to minimise the damage.

I had a really fat one ages back he was 29 stone broke slats in bed i was not happy the whole bed collapsed plus he was really pervy and disgusting so i gave him a very limited basic service and cut time short said need to sort bed as i might need to cancel next client because of it. I was livid no offer of anything and no mention on phone how big he was.

He called back few weeks later to come back knew it was him i said no sorry you are too fat and it is not in my interest to risk another broken bed and said the money you pay was not worth it as last time cost me a load more to buy another bed so i am not a charity.
