« on: 19 September 2011, 10:30:31 pm »
hello girls

I had a guy ring from travellodge 2nite ,as i know they dont have telephones in room i asked for full, name.bboking ref number,etc............

I then rang hotel only to be told they couldnt give this info?  :o what a travelodge

I said u dont have to tell me name just confirm  booking ref number correct.......no budge......no joy

so i decided not to do job.was in 2 minds anyway & far to travel.xx

Iv never had this problem before.most posh hotels usually spill the persons name when u ask to be put through to the room

i thought data protection act u wernt aloud to do this..anyway rant over just suprised

I wouldn't have expected the hotel to give that information out tbh that is because of the Data protection act.

I tend to find Hotels wont put me through to the room unless I have 2 out of the 3 of name, room number or booking reference. As usual though, Jodie is a genius :)
