I've gone back to the drawing board for screening, as it just doesn't seem to work for this area very well.
 
My current method is something along the lines of....

1. Reply to any sensible texts asking for details of the requested booking.

2. If they start waffling on and seem unclear on what I offer, I ask them to tell me what I want (lots of them struggle at this hurdle). I will also cut the call if they start getting smutty or entitled.

3. They call x amount of time before the booking to confirm. If they don't, there isn't a booking.

4. Call me at the landmark, where I can see them and their car is on camera.


If they sound a bit iffy, I usually ask them to give me a call back in a few minutes. Anyway, the problem is that a lot of my wasters will actually comply with calling me back at a set time. They get the local landmark.  A good amount will say they're at the landmark too, even though they clearly aren't. This seems to work well in other places I've been, but how do I stop so many wasters/ pimps/ whoever else jumping through my hoops and wasting my time? 

I ask them what exactly do they see at the landmark, I may ask about a specific car or something that I know to be sitting there and if they can’t give me the correct answer then I know they aren’t there.

Timewasters are the bane of my working life.

You could add into checking them out on Clienteye and taking a deposit.

I take 50% of the rate and still get no shows!

Your lucky that your no shows pay you but don’t turn up! I wish that happened to me!!😀
