Most new computers will give you the option to save password when logging into sites. Ihave an Acer laptop for camping, all my passwords are saved automatically. But it's password protected to log on to computer which isn't stored and must be typed in manually.

Gosh, mine didn't. Wonder if I had some hidden security set-up? Anyway, that would explain how the client got into AW. That was a 'lucky' find for the bastard! >:(

Yes some computers as if they can save website passwords, so you only have to type user name - pc then automatically puts in password.

Whilst I will leave myself logged into forums, I never have any gadget remember my AW log in. It's far too valuable.

You can have your password and log in details remembered on your laptop/pc/mobile.I only have to click log in on the mobile version of the site on my phone if I want to.

If you have auto save on your laptop / phone. Ipad then it will save the password and all you need to log in is the 4 digit code thing
But as long as you have a code / password to enter your laptop / iPad / iPhone initially it won't be a problem

Thanks for this. I've just flushed my cache and cookies and set Chrome to not allow saved passwords for AW. What a frightening experience for you, I hope AW can reinstate your account.

Most internet browsers have the option to save passwords on their own Chrome will actually allow you to store passwords to be used on your phone too if you run chrome on it if you didn't know that or see the pop up that asks if you want to save the log in details I guess you were just blind to it. You can also get programs that store all your passwords though it's not the best idea to have them stored on your computer and if you do never leave it unlocked. Get an admin password on it and log out when clients are around so they can't easily access your stuff or at least use a program that you can store on a USB stick for saving passwords this also helps because you can log into your stuff on any computer.

Hello all ...

An update ... Atm it looks like I am not getting my AW account back as they dont see my reason being a good enough one to give me it back which I am trying to amstate that it is.

As for my work comp, I didnt have a password on it to log into it naturally as im the only one that uses that lappy (now it does) & yes I have taken off all the auto save passwords. I also found all the 3 adverts he put up with my details and have had them taken down. On one of the sites the admin person I spoke to checked the account they were uploaded with and it turns out he had up 7 more ads for different girls along the same lines as mine so they have taken them all down.

Guess this is a lesson learned. Mistakes/Mishaps only let us learn from them for the future.
