Rude Punters

I’m just finishing up my tour and I’ve had two potential clients be really rude.

In both cases they have received my autoresponse because I’ve been in bookings and have responded with “Fuck Off.”

Ive been in the industry for years and I’ve honestly never had this happen.

Do you ladies think punters are becoming more rude/aggressive?

Obviously I’ve blocked them but it’s so unnecessary!

I don't even reply until out of bookings, I use to get nasty messages but not so much lately. I tend to get the usual TW message me or try and video calk me on WhatsApp. Just lucky that those rude men don't get to see you, I block most that I feel would be dodgy to see.

Yes, yes they are. This has been a problem for the last couple of years and progressively getting worse (at least, this has been the case in my location and surrounding areas). It's not just rudeness and aggressiveness either, it's entitlement, unrealistic expectations, and being a lot more difficult to please these days.
There's also more and more of them turning up with various erectile dysfunction problems.

I think there are serious social issues at the moment (a lot of them gendered and social media influenced) and it filters through to us on the front-line. We just need to hold the line and hold our boundaries tighter than ever.
Screen. Screen. Screen.
And don't be scared to turn them down if there's even a hint of bad attitude.

I've been inThe Biz 18 years, I've almost always had very rude and or demanding  punters contacting me, some might not even be punters as such. What I have noticed is during the pandemic there was a period of about 2 years when enquiries were very aggressive, and at the same time regulars unreliable. All seem to have calmed down now, back to normalish BUT the biggest difference compared to say 10 years ago is the sheer laziness of enquiries, so many 'are u free', 'You about?' some dress it up with kisses but pretty much the same.

Also the level of cross platform contact, but there was always some element of this, and the reliance (not me) on what can be misleading AW feedback.

Lots of gaslighting making it difficult to know who to engage with, this does make those who absolutely can put together a decent enquiry look absolutely amazing,

Yes, I agree with all of this.

So many with erectile dysfunction now! ( I sacked off a long term reg because of his stinking attitude about this on the thread When Regs Go Bad).

The approach has definitely changed in the 11 years I’ve been in working in the industry and the men are LAZY. I just block everyone who contacts me in this fashion and yes, it makes decent enquiries look ‘amazing.’

But it’s so rare to be told to “Fuck Off” and especially after a polite response (or maybe I’ve just been lucky).

As for AW feedback, to coin a phrase, ‘It’s not worth the paper it’s written on.’ Some of THE WORST punters I’ve ever seen have great feedback, which is why I no longer answer their damn emails. I’ve no time for AW hobbyists.

We have a lot in common, Mirror  :)

It’s getting very difficult to get a decent, easy going and pleasant client these days. They certainly do need to adjust their expectations. They want far too much. I’m so boundaried now. I’ve stopped being too nice!

Had someone text me today. I replied politely and gave instructions on when to call. Not seen him before and he replied with, “Alright. Cool.”  I mean, what’s so difficult being polite and saying saying thank you, I shall? Manners cost nothing. I do t care if I’ve done myself out of money by blocking him.

I’d have blocked him too. ‘Alright. Cool’ = rude timewaster.

What is going on with the ED issues?? Even with young clients, is this due to porn addiction? I am regularly seeing clients lose erection during the booking..usually they work with me with this but some have the cheek to blame me?! Am I a GP now aswell hahaha

The ED thing I definitely recognise. I'm not sure if they are more rude or not, but I know my expectations have shifted in recent years and I am far more intolerant of the casual chauvinism, and lazy, entitled, rude, behaviour displayed by some of the  guys who contact escorts. The idea that these guys think they should be able to get a paid date with a woman in a historically dangerous job, off the back of a lazy written message without giving me a name, a deposit, some notice and some basic courtesy is wild to me. There are some conscientious, socially capable gents out there I'd rather focus on. Financially poor for it, spiritually better off.
