I've been inThe Biz 18 years, I've almost always had very rude and or demanding punters contacting me, some might not even be punters as such. What I have noticed is during the pandemic there was a period of about 2 years when enquiries were very aggressive, and at the same time regulars unreliable. All seem to have calmed down now, back to normalish BUT the biggest difference compared to say 10 years ago is the sheer laziness of enquiries, so many 'are u free', 'You about?' some dress it up with kisses but pretty much the same.
Also the level of cross platform contact, but there was always some element of this, and the reliance (not me) on what can be misleading AW feedback.
Lots of gaslighting making it difficult to know who to engage with, this does make those who absolutely can put together a decent enquiry look absolutely amazing,
