This is one of the many reasons I dont give rimming. Never do anything you are not comfortable with.

I do alot of rimming, skin tags seem quite common. They are just a result of friction. I developed one inside my vagina and wanted the gp to remove it xx

Get yourself some dental dams from freedoms shop or cut a flavoured condom in half. Use lube at stick it to the area first.

You could always try the tactic of asking for more money if they want something you're not sure about, that usually stops them asking if they are persistent just keep upping the price.

Anyone being forceful should be given a warning then shown the door if they try it on again.
