I have been asked to perform and extended rimming session on a client, I do light rimming on most bookings but never anything than light kissing in the area. With an extended session I would need to go a little deeper, any tips? Also do you take anything to prevent catching something and building up stomach strength just in case of any nasty stuff.

Just make sure they wash thoroughly and instruct them how to do it. There's always a little bit of a smell as a bum has it's own aroma much like a vagina but it's not unpleasant if the client is clean.

It's not something I'd do, but as well as getting them to prepare beforehand, I'd buy a bottle of Hibiscrub and give them a soapy hot wash with it before you get stuck in... (rinse well, of course!) It will make sure the external area is at least sterile.

I put a condom on my tongue to do my best avoid any germs etc and never retract my tongue. It stays out my mouth untill I am done then I was my entire face & mouth in soap. Still make sure the gentleman is washed & clean..

Oral dams are  the best for deep riming if you don't want to stick your tounge in IMO . You can buy them from sex shops and freedoms sell them in bulk .
