hi can anyone help me ,i was meant to see a guy last week but wasnt well he had paid a deposit of 60 pound but i emailed him and said i was ok and can do the booking any time this week ,got up this morning had a email from him saying he has to stop all this and grow up blah blah and would i return his deposit ,what would you girls do i wouldnt have as i was willing to do it this week at any time thanks not sure what to say to him x

Do you think you can easily fill the time he's lost you with another booking? If no, I would keep the deposit since it's him who's changed his mind, not you. That's the whole point of a deposit in the first place!

I'd personally refuse as depsoits are non refundable with me, however if you were unwell and have offered him another time slot.

Email back apologising again, explain the situation again and say you've offered him another booking at his convience, Maybe over a little discount if you really need the work xxx

He booked for a specific time and duration he paid a deposit for that space if he hadn't showed you would of kept it.

You couldn't make the booking  so you owe him the deposit back  i would of transfered it back the minute I couldn't honour the

booking he may contact you another time  again.

thank you yeah i emailed him sunday said i could do the booking anytime this week but he didnt reply ,just this morning had an email from him saying he didnt want to do this anymore as it was not just his money he was wasting but his familys and can you refund my money back just worried incase he contacts the bank etc x

thats true april didnt think of it like that but he has messed me about in the past but normally never pays a deposit but i wouldnt discuss are reply to all his emails this time unless he paid a deposit

you just go into the bank and put cash into the machine you dont need to put your name then i have had to do it :) just get his bank details and sort code

i'd give him it back and not see him again  but tell him once you have sent it him back you wont see him again  but dpends on how much you feel he has messsed you around before

well tell him you have started to charge to send emails if he's not booking as it is just like camming or phone chat :) with him
