Wonder if a seperate warnings section could be set up for really smelly guys.

I doubt that's allowed but no harm in sharing information by PM.

Thankfully 'smellies' are very rare for me but I would refuse service now. I'm too old to put up with bad hygiene.

I've rarely encountered smelly clients, when I do I ask them to have a wash in the bathroom. Very rare I've used wipes before any action, although I may use a tissue or wipe with excessive pre-cum.

I'm pretty sure men can't get bacterial vaginosis...  ;D

I think yeast infections and unprotected sex with someone with bv can cause the smell. It's revolting and you can smell it before they've even taken off their underwear

Yes and even washing won't get rid of the smell  :( In these cases I just don't say anything but do oral with. One 'gentleman' left me a neutral feedback for doing this but hey ho such is life  ::)

I think some men just don't realise that smega is disgusting and they need to learn to wash their willies properly, i.e. to pull the foreskin down when washing, unless they have been circumcised of course.

I wash EVERY cock with watered down hibiscrub, available at boots. It's a surgical scrub. I also have about 10 soft cloth baby cloths, 5 for a pound in Poundland and boil wash used ones with the dettol washing machine stuff. No one minds, everyone gets the same treatment.
Squeaky clean dick.

First off this stuff is like domestos it doesn't burn but its powerful stuff, but with really mild almost undetectable fragrance. It's tasteless. I I water it down to equal volume 50/50 solution decant it into a pump dispenser. While they are undressing I run the tap hot and squirt the cloth with the solution. I make sure they are ready and meet them on the bed. By the time you reach the bed the it will have cooled to a pleasant temperature and incorporate into play. it gives you a chance to have a good look for other potential hazards. No one has ever objected, it feels nice and gets them hard. I explain everyone gets the same treatment so no one gets offended. Also I use antibacterial hand wash and alcogel between clients as the hibiscrub will crack you hands if you wash your hands constantly with it.

OWO, well I've weighed up the risk/benefit and decided to go with it. I use a mixture original listerine the pale orange one, this contains the highest volume of alcohol and has been proven to help prevent oral std's with corsydyl mouthwash with contains the same chemical as the hibiscrub. I get swabbed very 6 weeks, nothing yet. This is a risk I'm prepared to take but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't do it already as there always a risk of infection.

Good luck with your new infection control routine.

Hibiscrub Skin Cleanser provides antimicrobial preparation for pre-operative surgical hand disinfection, antiseptic handwashing and pre-operative and post-operative skin antisepsis for patients undergoing surgery.

I've bought some it arrives today. I was wondering if I could mix it 50/50 with shower gel and if it would still work. I make everyone have a shower with me. This is non negotiable, I'm not sure if it's lost me any punts but I really couldn't do the services I do if I didn't.

I do the 50/50 mouthwash trick. Make sure you get it to the very back of your throat. I used to come down with sore throats a lot but since doing this that's stopped and I've never tested positive for anything.

I don't think it looses clients, I would think it probably makes them very happy to have a free shower with you, I charge extra for that. ;D

Long may that continue,
I really gargle deep don't you worry babe!! You can, but I personally wouldn't wash myself with it everyday as it would wipe out your good skin flora which stimulates your natural skin immunity and leave you open to skin infection. I use it about 3 times a month. Defo use with clients go for it mix it with something like Simple or Carex, have a separate bottle in the shower for yourself, say you've got skin like a peach and have to use an expensive stuff or you'll get an irritation. Or tell them straight. I find they appreciate the extra mile you go to protect yourself and them. Also I emphasise very heavily on my profile the huge importance of their hygiene and grooming. The cleaner and more shaved you are the better the blow job. I just suck cock so very little body contact, if I can get away with it. I haven't had a bad experience yet because I bang on about it in my profile, but I persist with the cleansing routine before and after for them as it gives them peace mind for after. Some essential oils area natural skin protection, I used to work with a girl who sold us amazing antibacterial massage oils and creams she concocted herself. She left the industry and started
her own line of body products.

DBDH so just to clarify, you put the diluted hibiscrub on a wet bamboo cloth and then go to wash him with it - then carry on from there? As in you don't need to rinse it off afterwards with a just-water cloth? Doesn't that sting them/ you or make their cock a bit soapy?

Sorry I have never used this stuff before, and love the sound of your method so want to make sure to do it properly!
