I have to admit I have not thought about agency work, my profile isn't your average one as I am a female to male transsexual. Without going into too much detail, I pretty much look like a guy, apart from the waist down, so I am under no illusion that I am the kind of escort that agencies want, which is why I had thought of the independent route.

Might be worth at least getting a profile up with an agency. I know of some that have pre op trans (m2f) and guys

I'm not sure how popular it will prove in a mainstream form of advertising but can't hurt to join and have a profile. You won't lose anything

No offence to the North East but if you're at least working somewhere where there is a bigger lgbt community you may get more work and support from others
