I worked for an agency once & it took around 4days to get a booking. They had a client that they used for every new girl so they could get him to review them, so have that in mind. I guess it depends on how mant girls they have etc etc, you may find that you are areally popular as every guys wants fersh meat as it were. (horrible phrase I know)

Good luck with it & dont put too much pressure on yourself to perform!

Maybe place an advert in a paper local to your area? (as long as it carries adult ads)
Alternative is to take a website from vistaprint (just google them, not very good with links), only costs minimum fiver per month.  Then you can link to sites like Punterlink etc.
Or google escort sites for your area, eg. escorts in Timbuktoo, West Africa, then place ads with the sites that show up at the top of the search.
But this would mean being independent, rather than working for an agency.
Let go of my ears! I know what I'm doing!

Hi,

I would be very careful that one agency does not find out. It's not something that goes down very well, in my experience. Not saying it is not allowed, but not looked favourably on.

Yes, it is true that some agencies reserve a particular client for newbies and some clients especially ask for newbies.
I think because they think you may be a pushover if new and willing to do anything.

Whatever services you offer stick to it if and when you get a booking. Oh and be extremely punctual with your timekeeping. Other than that just try and not put too much pressure as people have said.

My experience with my first agency was that they'tested' me out so to speak. I felt like  was given a trial run.  After that i did not seem to get masses of bookings and I did go and complain to the receptionist and ask what they were bothering to do to promote me!

Really thought it depends what hours/ days/ nights you work and how many girls are there on any one night and how many different types of girls. And what sort of client rings up.

I remember Fridays and Saturdays being  busy nights but there were not many times I could work on those days

I don't know if you have any pictures up on the websites but initially I did not have any and so had to rely on the agency  receptionists to promote me.

Don't forget that there will be girls who will have been there longer than you, have pictures and more than likely a regular set of clientele.

Just give it a bit of time and be patient if you can

Also: Agencies are often absolutely, appallingly awful at doing the job they expect you to pay them to do.

If you use the forum search and pop "agencies" or "agency help" etc in, you'll find tons of threads about people's experiences with agencies. Overwhelmingly, the evidence points to agencies being unreliable, unhelpful and generally a hindrance to your income. That's not to say you can't use them - but use them in a smart way. You need to get your own security buddy, for example, because you can't rely on strangers who want your money. You may need to keep changing agencies til you find one that will actually work for you like they should. Make sure to ask them tough questions in the interview (yes, they may need to check your manners and appearance but basically, the interview is for you to see if you want to be giving them your money) and watch them closely to gauge their reactions. They'll probably be very slick and good at convincing new girls that they are safe and helpful and wonderful so it's best to just assume it's all lies and be prepared to move on swiftly when they turn out to be crap.

For all of the above reasons, also: Do not give any agency your personal details (full name, address, passport etc). They are illegal and incompetent organisations. You can still hire them - but never rely on them.
