vaginismus
« on: 06 February 2025, 02:54:49 pm »
hi girls,

wondering if anyone else  is/has experienced this.  i’ve had extremely painful sex, as soon anything tries to enter into my vagina i’m tensing up involuntary and i can’t help it and it’s causing really severe pain. it’s  limiting the amount of clients im able to see a day and causing me real emotional stress. i’ve looked into it and it’s most likely been caused by my contraception because it decreases estrogen levels and unfortunately im on the injection so there’s no way of getting it out.  online it looks like the only solution  is to get estrogen tablets/creams but it’s saying i have to be 50+ and going through menopause to get the treatment and im only just about to turn 21 so there’s no chance i can get it.   if anyone has any advice that i could take it would be greatly appreciated as its mentally really taking its toll on me not being able too work and if i do being in excruciating pain.

How possible would it be to drop vaginal sex from your services, at least until this is sorted out? It's not doing you any good and unless you're a very good actor, it's going to be noticeable.

You could do oral only and/or tie & tease and/or handjobs and/or toy shows and/or...
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

Definitely get estrogen vaginal cream, you can ask your GP for it. I got it from my GP no problem and I'm 43. I am also on estrogen gel for my bones and pmt.

Also I knew a lady who was very busy and she did not offer penetrative sex.

But don't suffer, the estrogen vag cream will not circulate into your body so it will not raise estrogen anywhere except the vagina.

thanks girls apologies if there’s a way to send this more direct to both of you as i can’t seem to find a reply too button.

i did message the doctors earlier and just said i needed estrogen creams/tablets and they’ve  scheduled me a phone call appt for 3 weeks time which made me so angry because normally i get a phone call the same day and they’re acting like it’s not important but it’s my income at the end of the day.  i’m going to have to come up with another message i can send them tomorrow to get me seen more quickly but i can’t  think what will “prioritise” me - do i go down the route of highlighting im a sex worker and saying it’s affecting my job so i need it to be taken urgently? will that even work?

did you find the estrogen creams worked well for you?

i wish i felt comfortable to drop the service but i feel i’d lose a lot of business from it as no one ever comes to me for blow and go (i don’t advertise it so maybe i need to make more effort to do that)
