Hi There
It depends what your day job is. If NHS /local Council/Governmet/PCT at any level, its really a no go. For the simple reason,if the press get hold of it they will have a field day .I know this sounds a bit dramatic, but if you are in any sort of job with big established organisations,at any level really they love this sort of thing, especially if they are going for refunding of a project ,etc.
I had a friend when I worked at NHS who had been involved with some major "dodgyness" (not escorting) in his past. This may not be a problem for us, but somebody got hold of the story and ran straight to the press. It was a nightmare for him as they ran story after story and dragged up everything .I was associated with him and my past was also dragged up. Luckily ( or not) mine was never documented and didn't come to anything all though i had to tell the press officer at work as press phoned her and she stopped it going out on radio!! Sad , I know as every has has a past ,but anything with a tinge of scandal is dragged up.
Think run of the mill shop jobs, some office, some sales could work.Just keep your business to your self, dont trust anyone ,never admit to anything and never rite anything down!!
