Radical Prostrumotary
« on: 23 August 2024, 11:49:39 am »
I had seen this client 2-3 times over a year ago, nothing to report.

He now wants to book and says he has had a radical prostrumotary, i.e. cancer and his prostate has been removed, so he doesn't ejaculate.  At first I thought this was a ploy to request BB but he seems genuine and is Ok with a condom, just says he takes time to get erect but can still orgasm.  I think I am going to meet him but just wondered if others have had any experience or tips for this?

Yes I have experience I just treat him the same as I would anyone else, what I do notice is clients with this may be very sensitive and aware of it. Others might not tell you.

You might spend more time stimulating him, and it will be useful if he communicates his orgasm to you. I haven't had anyone use this as a way to request bareback, although some men who have had vasectomy sometimes say 'you don't have to worry about me' when accidentally or nearly bumping into a bare penis.

One client I've known for a few years stopped being able to ejaculate around 18 months ago. There had been quite a long gap of no visits for several months but it's not my place to ask why. He used to like full sex but these days he prefers an hour of tease and oral which is fine with me. The first time he had all the orgasmic pleasure but no ejaculation I expressed normal surprise and he quite casually told me he no longer produces anything. Perhaps he's had his prostate removed or is it normal for some older men (he's around 60 I think) to have dry orgasms?  Time to do a Google search I think.

I saw a client several times last year who had a similar procedure. I think it was called turp which removed some prostate tissue. He stayed hard but he admitted he had taken viagra. He would orgasm but didn’t ejaculate. I think the semen just goes into their bladder instead.

I definitely think you should see him again. Sounds like he has had a tough year.

Definitely agree with you, it's a big and sensitive thing but the operation is literally life saving.

I’ve seen lots of clients with this.

It makes absolutely no difference but they LOVE to make a big deal of it. They love the extra attention (if we’re prepared to give it!).

I just brush it off as fairly normal.

Yeah I agree. Why even bother mentioning it. No one is gonna complain that their client didn't produce enough semen. Ideally they would all "dry cum" would make the job much easier.

Thanks for the advice.

I have now met him again.  He did talk a lot about it which is understandable as it’s a huge event in his life and I suspect his sexual self-confidence suffered.  When it go to sex, perhaps he was slower to get aroused but then it all worked as before, that the condom was empty afterwards wasn’t an issue.

I suppose with his wife/partner the lack of an ejaculation would be more noticeable and men do seem to be very aware these details.
