has anyone changed locations in VS for free?

created a free ad today and Im touring next month for 20 days. Im wondering what happends if i change the location in my ad without informing VS? will it let me or will i get an error message? has anyone been successful? if i can do it for free, i would like to save whatever fee they charge for location changing.

I made the basic one a couple months ago for £18.99 ish and the postcode wasn't changeable. It rejects the request. I rung them up, they charge around £29 for a change.

It won't let you, they agreed a free month of changes for me once because their database doesn't accept my location. The free changes allowed me to experiment with the best closest postcodes.

They've still not updated their geo thingy which means I have to pretend I'm in a different town.

It’s crazy how it’s cheaper to buy a new ad than move location.

DL, I think it depends on location, in London basic ad. No frills is around £18.

I try to find my ad and I can't understand Vivastreet at all. You input your search for a specific area and every brothel, pimp and '*uck my *irty *shole for free' ad in the country comes up. So 'Search' seems to be a waste of time and deliberately misleading.

Got a male friend to try it without any comments from me and he said it was horrible presentation of lurid misleading ads, presented him with fake providers and waste of effort doing the 'bogus' search.
By the way, I cannot fault the customer service, so far *5)

This is probably old news, any other experiences ladies?

No, it won't (as someone has already said).  You need an advert for each location.
