No, after 3 years I haven't seen any damage, although I offer anal sex once a week
I do Kegel exercise, it's great for anal and vaginal health. it makes both my vagina and back hole super tight. I also have more control on my orgasms

No difference in my ring lol ;D.
A civvie guy taught me how to do it.
It's matter of controlling and holding the guys cock,
breathing, relaxation, lube and taking it very slow. :)

Even 'normal 'stuff like constipation can be very damaging,
creating anal tags, internal and external haemorrhoids,
anal fissures, bowel prolapse etc.

It's a delicate area and needs to be handled softly with
stuff entering and exiting.

Cheesy - I love you  ;D

i was just curious, I've done it in my private life but it's never a service I've offered in work....I don't know I find it more of an emotional thing somehow and I think doing it in work would mess up my head.  I never realised how odd that is until I just read it.  Maybe it's because of the trust involved.

 :D lol Curves.
I agree, lots of trust.
So I choose passive blokes who I can 'manipulate' literally.

I offer it and get lots of requests for it. But only about 50% actually try or manage it. I find a lot of clients overestimate what we'll do in the time we have or they get distracted by other activities.

Those who do try, many of them clearly don't know what they're doing and will just try to go straight in. But I just direct them exactly what to do, lube, prep, slow slow entry. If it still hurts or I'm not into it I ask them to stop.

I want to start charging extra for it as I do find it more work and prep even though I do genuinely enjoy anal as a rule.

You're right it's more prep and attention.
It's a 'speciality' that not everyone provides.
I charged 50 squid more for A.

I want to start charging extra for this but I had a question. I don't currently charge for any extras. What if they pay for it but don't do it? Sometimes clients want to do it with me but can't get hard enough. So not my fault but I worry they'd ask for a refund?

I do tons of extras so I know where you're coming from :)
When he came in did he say 'My cock is a piece of string.
If I can't get a woody will you work for free >:(?
The erection is his job.
I do my job well.
I am confident I did my part of the contract.

The idea of a refund never enters my mind.
If it's bouncing around in your head he will suss it.
if the client sees a little worry or negative thought
in your face he will jump on it.

If he can't do his winkle-duty I give a big smile, clothes on quick,
and say 'we had a good try'. He laughs...and off he toddles
I never gave him him the time or option to negotiate.

...I do offer anal but if they are to big I just tell them that I would be able to erm accommodate them...I am pretty assertive about this and so far so good no problems.

During my trips I noticed some female escorts struggle with having anal sex ... I thought it would be nice to write a little column on ANAL TIPS

Douching: Don't be shy and ask at your local sex shop for an enema device or get it online ...
There's something called "Shower Shot", its a sort of dildo that you attach to the shower pipe, it has tiny holes at the tip, you can regulate the water power which is great ... (google: lovehoney total splash aluminium intimate douche attachment with adjustable pressure)
Enema Syringe: its a big plastic syringe with a plastic tip ... fill it w warm water and insert on anus, repeat a few times until water is transparent.

Some girls are very tight in which case anal sex can be painful. When I get many clients on the same day I get the same, in this case I use a mix of lube and lidocaine (anaesthetic), you can't find it in gel everywhere so when I'm at a country that sells it I buy several ... In Italy it's called Luan, in Spain Organon, in Denmark Xylocain ...

if you are committed to do it regularly you should consider a small butt plug, there are a few that are cute and tiny  ... when you know you have someone coming put it for 5 or 10 minutes, it will help relax the muscle and make you are mentally and physically prepared ... google: amazon Diamond Anal Butt Plug Gem- Stainless Steel Jewel

Hope it helps

If someone is having to use lidocaine to get through anal sex then they should be giving the area a rest until it is feeling better.Your body tells you are sore for a reason i.e it is telling you to have a rest from whatever is happening as it causing you pain.By using something to numb it it is like you are ignoring the obvious which is that the activity you are doing is not doing you any good. I think to continue by masking the pain is possibly putting you in danger from something that could be serious.
I personally don't offer anal as a service but each to their own but the same applies to if I have done alot of bookings and my vagina is sore, I take a rest and let it recover I don't numb it and carry on.

I second Bibi's response.  I was told by my doctor not to numb pain as it was my body's way of warning me.  I'd be wary of using anything numbing.  I don't offer anal to clients but do enjoy it in my private life.  My advice is lots of lube and actually upping the fiber in my diet which helps keep me "regular" which helps avoid any irritation in that area to begin with.

well it makes sense from your point of view ... on this occasion i was advising people that are not used to anal sex to use lidocaine as a way to facilitate it  ...

not saying there is a specific problem, it gets sore when you get fucked a lot ... as you mentioned it happens to your vagina too ... but if i'm touring (which means making an investment) and i have to take a day off every time i have a good day its not going to be very profitable ... isn't life about making efforts to reach golds and all that
