What I would be wary of, in particular, in escorting, there must be men, who deliberately try to pass it on.
I have had someone who's ok, but whenever I gave him OWO, my throat was really strange. Some of these men may/might be carrying something, but they never tell you. 2) they are unaware of the disease (maybe, symptom-free or little irritation, only to him) and remain undiagnosed or he doesn't think it would cause anything sinister or if it's going to be passed on. 3) Those who were given this disease by women will try to "get even" by passing it onto other women. (Remember there are some men, who are capable of being vindictive and cruel.)
There are cases in the US that men, knowingly passing genital herpes well proved to be an offence. As someone else said earlier, it "could" be a serious chronic disease, and it will stay with you FOR LIFE. I wondered if it's the same in the UK?
