Puntingzone?
« on: 23 May 2009, 12:00:03 pm »
I've looked into placing an ad on puntingzone but the link to the advertising section seems to be missing.  I've noticed that the forum is completely gone as well.  Is the site shutting down?

Not sure about the advertising section, but the site is still there and ladies have advertised recently.
See if this link works: http://www.puntingzone.com/forum/index.php That takes you directly to the main forum.

That link works fine, as does most of the site.  But every time I try to click into the advertising section I get an error message.

On that note, how does one go about getting them to change the ad that is in the directory? I asked them ages ago to up-date my text or tell me how to do it myself, but they have neither replied nor changed the text.

Advertising link has been taken down at the moment, working elsewhere so not enough time to ad to the directory and submissions started to back up.

Once cleared, the advertising link will be put back up.

All emergency emails can either go to puntingzone@gmail.com or info@puntingzone.com. (Ads to be taken down etc)

about getting them to change the ad that is in the directory?

Fill in the advertising form again, stating new text or pic and say in form already listed, that way I know not to add you twice and to amend listing.

Advertising form will be online again soon when back log is cleared,

Cool, cheers Slick, I though there would be a way to get your attention (just teasing!)  :)

Looks like Puntingzone is back in business with the forum restored.

It was a lovely thriving chilled out community once upon a day, hopefully it can be again as it was less harsh than Punternet and more down to earth than Punterlink.

If that's the case that would be lovely.
I have a soft spot for PZ. Slick Rick made me a mod there. In fact, I think I was the first female mod on any punting forums. We paved the way for women mods, lol. As Trafford says, it was a great place back in the day.

I was also the admin of the ladies private room, where the concept of SAAFE was born. Slick was a big champion of us. Anytime I had an idea for an article, or asked for contributions for SAAFE, Slick always let me use the forum. It would be good to see it back.

It's also a good place to advertise, ladies. Slick, if you're about, could you let us know what the situation is re: advertising and if there's any information that needs changing on the "where to advertise" section.

I am in Puntingzones listings which is free with a return link, It gets me a few referrals but I tour alot and when the zone was in full swing it was a very useful advertising tool. The forum slowly died but my hope is it will steadily rebuild. Although Slick isnt on my Christmas card list he has certainly done his bit for us girls and it would be good to see PZ up and going like them gud ol days :D

Thank you for your words of support ladies ( Means a lot to me ).

I'm back in the real world of jobs now, I would still like to carry on giving you ladies a place to advertise and chat ( I may not be quick with updates ) but I shall endeavour to be conscious of time frames etc.

I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing, but PZ is now ( IMHO ) the only truely independent listing/forum site online for escorts. ( I'm no punter, the wife is no longer an escort, the site is online free with some paid ad spots to keep server costs down ). We have no ulterior motives, no championing of mystery parlours or escorts.

Advertising is up, Free with return banner/link ( Prefer on front page, but not critical ). Some paid spots/banner rotations. 7 years online

I know what you mean. My tick is becoming more pronounced the longer I'm in the business. :)

With the relaunch, the description of Puntingzone on the main site needs a bit of fine tuning. I'll sort that out over the weekend. It may mean my webmistress throwing a couple of shoes at me if I screw up, but I always try and get the little things done without worrying her too much, so she forgives me each time.

It's good to hear that your missus finally got out the business. Give her my love.

I had a client come who had found me on PZ just two days ago. They are not thick and fast but then again I dont ask my guys where they find me as all I usually get is "err online somewhere" but PZ still holds its own I believe x

If they did, they probably kept your details for a while before contacting you, because it's not working at the moment. Its Twitter feed stopped posting over a year ago too.
