Public Nudity and Law
« on: 03 July 2016, 03:03:40 pm »

Some months ago I had a client who insisted I wear a tiny micro skirt with no underwear, then he took me out to a restaurant. It was obvious I  had no underwear on and the guy kept getting me to get up and go to the toilet, he would drop a fork and get me to pick it up and so on. Eventually the manager warned us we would have to leave if i did not remain seated.

Thursday he was back but this time had a see through, white lace dress for me to wear, he then proceeded to drive me into town and walk me through the town to a restaurant who refused us entry. A restaurant nearby allowed us in though.

It was still light and I kept expecting to be arrested. A police car did speed by but obviously was busy with something else.

I keep being told it is not illegal to be nude in public in England and Wales. I have sunbathed nude on a couple of non nude beaches and not got into trouble. Occasionally I worn a slightly see through top.

So anyone know the law?

Quick Google of 'nudity in public CPS' gets you here to the right place.

Thanks Mirror I have read that already and the advice on nudist sites, but not sure what it means in reality

I was not threatening or abusive, I did not expose myself to Outrage Public Decency, I do not think, or to cause public nuisance

Do you feel happy to behave like that?

I think it depends on if you are upsetting a few people. I think retaurant owners have the right to refuse and they may have had complaints from other customers saying that the sight of your hoohah is putting them off their oysters.  Not sure i would want to see that either lol

Also if the owners want that image in their restaurant damaging their reputation.  It is a bit explicit. Whether it is legal or not society will never accept it in those situations. This is why there are no nudes beaches here.:)

Good on you for having the confidence but I wouldn't do it unless behind closed doors no matter how much the client paid me. And also like to keep my dignity and look respectable when out. Some clients would want some to walk the streets nude if they could get away with it. Only for a laugh at the one doing it.

I feel everyone has the right to do as they please BUT even as open minded as I am I wouldn't like someone coming into a restaurant where i was eating with things blatantly on display/hanging out

No, nor would I and more especially if I'd gone out to eat dinner with my family. I would think that if I even had to ask myself whether the way I was dressed was likely to offend/upset/nauseate a significant number of people wherever I was going (and a nightclub would be different, say) then it's probably best to get changed.

This is why there are no nudes beaches here.:)

We have one just down the coast from me :).

Pffft tell the asshole where to go, you don't need to do things like this, a nicer client will soon replace him.

Even if not illegal to walk about with everything on show (although I am sure it would fall under public indecency laws), you have to think about other people, there could be children about or even just those who would find it awkward.

Remember your the one in control, you can tell client to F off :-)

I think it's at the discretion of a restaurant to refuse anyone anytime for any reason not the law, you keep saying he 'Made' you bend over, did you want to do these things? He sounds like a prick.

Sounds like this guy is into the whole humiliation fetish which is fine in a controlled environment with agreed boundaries I don't know how OP feels about this but it seems like he's taking advantage and having a laugh to see what you'll do for money.

I can't say I would be to happy sitting for a romantic meal (that is likely costing a lot of money lol)
with the OH and having a young lady bend over in front of us with no knickers on  ::) or a family dinner with my OH and child.
Tbh I would probably be pretty pissed off with the Resturant for allowing it as well.

I believe there is a time and a place for explicit nudity and a Resturant would not be one of these places.

I think regardless of whether it is illegal or not. It's about what you feel is appropriate.

I would certainly not have taken on this client or any client requesting similar.

There are nudist areas within the UK, as long as you stick to them I doubt the law will have a problem but when it comes to public areas where your nudity is being flaunted in the face of the public they will have a different stance on it.
