Hi everyone! I have received a strange request and just wanted to ask you all for advice. A gentleman who normally lives in the US, has asked me if I can provide a regular text messaging service for him. I am yet to ask him fully what this entails, as I don't want to make videos, etc for him, but I am considering it as he said he would give me a retainer for the service. All of this does depend on how much messaging he would want as I do switch off my work phone on my days off sometimes to give myself a break. If he wants to constantly message me then it might drive my crazy. If I accept how much should I charge him though?

I'd be cautious about entering into this and set super clear £/time boundaries like Mirror's.

Can you sustain frequent sexting with the same person (especially a stranger you've never had sex with) without it feeling very tedious and a complete chore?

By this I mean that imho you have to conjure up lots of different ways of saying the same old things and you have to rely on written words alone to do that. Maybe I'm lacking in literary inspiration for what a masturbating man wants to see in a text message.

I tried this a few years ago with a fairly pushy sub client and it drove me nuts as it felt so fake even though I'd met him in person and there's scope in a sub/ domme arrangement to set different challenges for him etc. I think I charged £40 for a month for 5 days pw of a maximum 5 texts each way.

Also have you considered the possibility that he may be lonely and wanting your contact to become an emotional relationship?

Ah yeah, he seems to have forgotten about it now and I can't contact him. I think Lara123 is right - he would probably want to text me all the time and it would drive me insane. Thanks for the advice, everyone.
