Adding the weekly option means they're a bit cheaper to try than when I was last rude about them, but unless things have changed incredibly drastically, I'd still categorise it as a scam site. There was an hilarious thread on another board a couple of years ago when someone from them tried to say that they weren't a scam and just got bombarded by people pointing out that they were.
It doesn't help their case that they're not, by any reasonable definition, the 'agency' that they pretend to be. Real agencies don't charge their staff anything up front.
Instead, they're an ad site, and a bad one at that: potential clients have to pay before they can see any of the profiles that escorts have paid to advertise on the website! Curiously, this isn't mentioned in the pitch to join the site as an escort.
Interestingly, that pitch seems to be aimed mostly at men looking to be escorts for women, while the pitch for joining as a 'member' able to see the profiles seems to be aimed mostly... at men looking for female escorts. Once they had joined, at one point the profiles they could see were reportedly fake or out of date.
