Hey everyone!

I was wondering if any of you have had any experience with clients who have Phimosis?! It's a tight foreskin problem and I've had one or two but am never quite sure how to deal with it, cos the head's always RIDICULOUSLY sensitive underneath. Luckily the guys I've had with it have been able to wash so there's never been any stinky problems but once the guy didn't actually know it was a problem and I thought I'd ripped his willy off from his reaction when I pulled it back!! The other was saying how he used to have to try and have sex without it pulling back because it used to hurt too much. Poor sods!!

I always feel I want to help them cos it must be horrible but I sometimes feel I go into 'nurse' mode a bit (and not in a kinky way!). Has anyone else had this?

Funny enough I had a guy yesterday with it. Plus my partner actually suffers with it too, after lots of reading on the internet we have managed to find a way that works best for us which is to masterbate him slowly taking it further and further back and as soon as your able to get a little lube on the end of the penis do so. It used to cause huge problems with me and my partner but after a couple of streching sessions he seems to have been a lot better. Sorry for the graphic details.

Well, hopefully not veering into the TMI zone here either, but one technique I've found with the guys who can just about retract it enough but where the sensitivity is the problem is to pull it back, drop some lube around the bottom of the head and then pull it back up and then do what you said with a well-lubed hand. Because it's all slippery it's not as much of a shock when it starts to go back! But like you said, you have to go SLOW!

One of my clients also said he used a fleshlight (even though the inserts look like monster squids or something to me!) to get used to having it pushed back in his own time which apparently works well to stretch, too, so I've suggested that to one or two guys before.

If they (the clients) never pull it back, then I suggest you don't. My OH has it, it's a little better now, he can pull the skin back (after using the same technique Princess Emily mentioned), but the head is still way too sensative to be touched when erect. So I just don't. I just have to use a different hand/mouth technique on it.

A LOT of men think that a tight foreskin means circumcision, but it really doesn't have to be that brutal. I would encourage any man with this problem to do a bit of internet research for stretching methods.

Hi Cat, maybe get your OH to try fleshlight? If they can get used to the sensation on their own (and without the 'pressure') then it's a lot easier to progress to the regular stuff like oral. The guys I've seen who knew they had it have all done something on their own before so I've never had a situation where it absolutely can't be touched but I'm glad to hear there are ways around it.

And I've also never been unlucky enough to have the guy who never pulls it back... I can only imagine!

I've had loads of clients with this & the head always looks sore underneath it's makes me flinch. Why don't they just get circumcised??

Because it's scary for the men - their willy's going to be cut!! And they don't want the sensative bit exposed (imagine your clit suddenly being OUT and rubbing on your clothed - OUCH)....AND it's not necessary to be circumsized when there's plenty of gentle, non-surgical ways to stretch it to "normal" (but the blokeys usually don't know this and think the only solution is surgery).

Praps we - as caring escorts - do need to help educate them?

Point taken Cat, I didn't know about those stretching thingies. I just think it's unhygienic when a lot of them who I've seen, say that they've never had their foreskin fully back...

I would say there are hygiene issues there if they've never fully retracted before and you may be just as in your right to refuse the session as with someone who just refuses to wash down there. Obviously it's different because it's not necessarily their fault (the guy I mentioned was unaware it was abnormal until he was in his late teens) but that doesn't make it any less unpleasant for you, though I do agree that circumcision is an extreme solution!

I had someone come to see me recently who had this problem. When I explained I couldnt do an STI check on him properly he burst into tears - it turned out he was a virgin and he'd chosen me to pop his cherry and had no idea he had a problem. I think he thought I was saying he was a physical freak and disease ridden too so it took a LOT of talking and reassurance before he calmed down.

I did the best I could but oh my god, I was SO far out of my depth. I hope he really does go and get some professional help and talks over the options and doesnt just leave it another 25 years.

My friends give me some good natured teasing about the rates I charge but they really dont understand the situations that we have to deal with

I'm not a Doctor, a psycho-sexual therapist or any sort of Counsellor but once again, I'm so glad this board is here!

I can understand how it might have been a shock to him but, damn, that sounds like it must have been a tough situation for you! It sounds like he was fortunate to have it happen with someone willing to actually talk him through the problem rather than let him run off, though, so well done on that count.

Just wanted to update everyone as I've seen a client who had it a few times and he's managed to completely cure himself using a fleshlight sex toy, gradually, over time. I know some of you mentioned partners with it so thought I'd share!

He said it took a while (not sure how long) but with gradual use and a LOT of lube he's now able to have full penetrative sex in which the foreskin goes right back and, even though there was an issue with sensitivity for a while, he's basically able to have a normal sex life now. I can really see the change in his confidence now which is why I decided to share for those of you with partners.
