I am not sure why you guys have a problem with my boss, he did not push or threaten me to doing the parties, he just introduced me into a different line of work.
I don't mean to jump on you but I don't think you understand why this is so concerning.
If he wanted to throw a sex party he could have booked any one of 100s of escorts that are probably available in your local area. Instead he asked
you, a non sex-worker who already worked for him, and therefore he could tell you what to do a lot more. You already have the mindset that you are his
employee and should do as he says within reason, whereas if he booked Crystal from the local agency she would tell him to Fuck Off if he bossed her around or tried to haggle her rates for example. Subconsciously you will fear losing your existing job if you argue with him and he knows that.
For someone new to all this, it sounds like a great way to make some extra cash, that he's helped you with. For someone experienced in this world, it sounds like he is manipulating you like fuck.
From experience, I was in a similar situation once (I actually had recently started doing sex work indie, but my civvy boss definitely had no idea of that). I did not go along with his plans, I could see he wanted to use me, so I didn't say no but made myself 'busy' all the time and soon left the job. He aggressively threatened to out me, make people hate me and tell everybody I was a bitch and a whore. To be fair, I already was a whore but he had no idea of that, which makes me laugh a bit! The only person who has ever made those threats to me. What he said about me (if anything) I've no idea, but it just makes me double glad I didn't go along with his plans or then he really would have had some shit to say. Just because someone doesn't appear to be pushing or threatening you doesn't mean they have your interests at heart.
