One thing you learn when doing a helpline is that you don't and can't control when or if people call back. It's much the same here. I suspect Cat's right but unless the OP wants to tell us, we'll never know.

I'm afraid you're all much nicer than I am as my first instinct on reading the post was that it had a hint of troll about it.

If its real then, as everyone else has said, I sincerely hope the OP is safe and well and I apologise for my cynacism. If not,  something genitally related and antibiotic resistant would be fine by me...
