Has anyone else been getting emails from bark?

It's a lead generation site. They send me emails every day saying so and so in such and such a location is looking for a massage but to get in contact with them I have to pay to register for their site. Looks like a scam but I just thought I'd ask in case someone's signed up and actually got jobs from it. It's been around for a while, nobody's reported it as a scam as far as I can see and they have a wikipedia entry. Maybe it is legit?
