I offer OWO but always before I start oral I make sure to ask the client if he would prefer it OWO or OW. I have it on my profile as long as they are clean and fresh I have no problem giving OWO but if THEY prefer oral with a condom then that's fine too.

Hey

So I am a few months in to escorting now, and I've always only offered OW. Never had an issue receiving oral. I DO feel like I'd get a lot more bookings if I offered it, especially as my rates are higher than most girls in my local area, but safety is a massive concern for me. I love giving head, love the whole process and I know I'm good at it, and I hate giving it with a condom, but I'm terrified of catching something and passing it on to my partner and also the fear of throat cancer what with the hpv virus. I know its a highly personal thing but  for those of you who DON'T offer OWO, do you find it affects how many bookings you get? And for those who DO offer OWO, how do you minimise your risk?

Thanks so much, know this is a bit of a touchy subject!  :)

I personally always do OWO unless the client requests a condom or there is a reason why I think it might be a risk.
I know the risks and maybe I will regret it, but I have decided that as I'm not actually a fan of giving BJs with a condom I will take it.

I'm fairly sure someone will come along to say they never do OWO and it hasn't affected their business. To be honest I think like a lot of things in this game what you do or don't do will be well received by different clients- some men will prefer to see women who always do OW so if you lose a few clients you will gain a few too.

Just go with what works for you personally.

I no longer offer OWO about 6 months ago after a tour to Birmingham a week later I had herpes simplex orally, unfortunately this is something that can reaccur and the only place i could have caught this from would have been from providing OWO.

Also a reason that I am no longer escorting at the moment it just scared the bejesus out of me as it was the first time in my escorting career of 6 years that I had caught something and I am very dilligent when it comes to inspecting willies.

Fluffy Bunny.
Do you kiss? As it's also very easy to get from kissing.
Over 70% of the U.K. have at least one form of the virus and a lot (of lucky ones) don't have any symptoms. You can catch it from people with no symptoms.

I do kiss but no dfk, but clearly remember no kissing in Brum.

Not saying you didn't get it from owo but the virus can remain dormant for months or forever so you don't really have a way to tell when you contracted it.

I wouldn't feel bad about your willy screening techniques as it can be passed without active breakouts and lots of people have the virus without knowing it.

Lots of people get it from kissing granny when they are little!
It's such a stigmatised disease and it makes people feel horribly dirty. Even though most people have it!!!

Yep, you could catch herpex simplex from OWO but you're more likely to have had it anyway - most of us do. It then can flare up and cause e.g. a cold sore if you're stressed or run down.

Wouldn't let it stop you working. Just don't work if you have active sores.

You could be majorly diligent and no longer of kissing or owo but as I said most people have the virus anyway.

I used to offer owo because the risk of hiv is extremely low to non-existent. But then I learned a friend of mine got gonorrhoea in the throat from oral sex.
I realised that I really didn't want to get it and go through the upset of contacting clients and partners. So, even though the risks are still quite small, I know longer offer it.

I think it's up to every one to work out what level of risk they are prepared to take as no sex is risk free.

Business is still very good, although I was worried.

Just going through it ladies have to admit it does make you feel dirty and I felt even worse for hubby hence another reason why i no longer want to offer OWO as stated before Oral Ghonorhea is just as much of a risk these days as Chlamydia at the end of the day.

It just freaked me out and was extremely painful to go through just not worth it for me.

I know I already have the 1 complex, as I got tested for it but negative for the 2nd complex. Like you guys said, over 70% of the population have it anyways and I haven't had a flare up for nearly 2 years now. Think I'll stick with OW, bought some strawberry flavoured lube yesterday to make it a bit more bearable, I just hate that bloody tip ha ha.

No way in hell would I offer OWO. I've known a handful of girls get oral chlamydia and gonorrhoea from it. Who is to say plenty others are but are not admitting to it? Not worth the risk. X X X X
