Whether anyone has caught something via OWO or not, the risks are the same.
Whether those risks are ok depends entirely on the person and the circumstances. There are plenty of things that some other people do that I wouldn't dream of doing: one year about half of all the cave divers in the UK were killed doing their hobby, but people still cave dive, knowing it could be fatal. They obviously like doing it a lot.
I like doing OWO and CIM with male partners, and this will affect my perception of the risk. In addition, as has been discussed before, people without a vagina are in a somewhat different position to those who are. If vaginal sex isn't an option, CIM can look more attractive because the alternative is anal.
You dislike doing OW, and that's going to affect your decision. As long as you're aware that you could catch gonorrhoea etc via OWO, any decision you make can be the right one for you.
(This is where being honest with sexual health clinics is a good idea, because it means you get the right tests. The only thing I don't like about doing OWO etc is throat swabs, but - to me! - they're a price worth paying...)
