I was under the impression stomach acid is a great defence, whereas holding it in the mouth against delicate mouth membranes whilst finding a suitable recepticle would result in higher risk.

Just make sure you have no cuts, ulcers in your mouth... Apparently don't use mouthwash before or just after as saliva has protective qualities to prevent hiv.... and use should be fine. But if you some how have other std in you mouth, it can piggyback so it's tricky

I have heard the same, and always swallow it straight down. It takes a bit of practice to get it right though.

Also, I should say that I always check a new client out thoroughly from a visual point of view before agreeing to do it.

I know a number of girls over the past couple of years who offer OWO because they feel they HAVE TO, to increase they're work load or to stay busy but don't actually like doing it, one of the girls I know gets her self in such a state over it, she tries every trick in the book to avoid it in person rather than just stop doing it.

I offer OWO as doing OW makes me gag I dunno why iv tried to get used to it but nope..

I get mouth swabs etc on a regular basis but its still abit worrying.

Luckily for me iv never in my whole three years of escorting had a smelly guy lol and if I did id tell him straight that before we go any further you will need to wash it :)

PP. as Nameless has said this has really been done to death - there's even a separate thread called something like Smelly Willies in B&B which is about the same sort of thing. You're not going to catch anything from somebody just because they haven't had a wash and it's just unpleasant, although I'd say it's definitely grounds to refuse putting your face anywhere near it until it's clean. If they won't wash properly I think you need to actually get in with them and do it, or get used to politely explaining why you're bringing the booking to an end early :).

The thought of having multiple random strangers precum in my mouth over the course of a day makes me gag far more than a condom teat (although it did take me about a month to get used to it, the result being I now have virtually no gag reflex, which is top :D). Well I do agree about that - from the occasional conversations I've had about it with other ladies, the one standout service people were doing which they'd rather not be was OWO (rather than anything more niche-y like anal, which you might expect) purely out of concern for losing business.

I've got pretty limited sympathy for somebody who moans about doing something they don't want to at work when (unlike many others) they have the choice, reasons and opportunity not to do it and still keep their job. I would imagine if somebody is that uncomfortable with a service it's going to show to the punter too, which is one of the many reasons I stopped offering it :).

Ditto, and strangely enough giving OW doesn't mean a blowjob is not enjoyed by both parties.  I enjoy giving them far more than when I started and gave OWO because I feel that bit more in control of my sexual health.  My clients enjoy it and feel reassured by the fact I insist on protection for all services. So its win win all round for me.
