Title: outcalls and what apps

for outcalls what I do now is


1. ask them to send address
2. see if they have whats app
3.ask them if they are at the address now
4. ask them to send me the whats app location

I'm finding that this stops a lot of fake calls some don't know how to doit  so I just tell them if they wont I know its a fake call .
sometimes if its a house call it mite be 2 or 3 house numbers out but that is down to whats app

I wouldnt rely on location via Whats App. The person could be standing outside/walking past a house so you get the same results. Much better to ask them to send a utility bill/letter - you cant get a bill/letter unless you live there (or go thru someones bins lol).
