Oh I see what you mean age probably isn't the most important factor. That's a spin I didn't think of.  I agree probably people don't suddenly decide to be awful from their 50th birthday party, they were probably twats at 20 and it's my bad luck to have them standing at my door 30 years later lol!

That's the thing if you have 10 clients/ 10 clients a month/regulars who meet you say every 2 weeks you will be very successful on high rate.

But to assume you will get to this point in couple months from being newbie it's unlikely going to happen. And it won't happen in first 2 weeks of working surely too

Fit guys in their 20s and 30s?  yes of course, when I was dating and the same age.
Escorting is a different ball game. If you want big fat unattractive guys who want to scratch an itch, then give it a try;  a bit of a generalisation but that is just me.
Take Amy's advice.
There is plenty of newby advice on here. Like any job, you learn from experience!

However, rarely,  I do meet some gorgeous guys , but they still want to scratch an itch.
