So I am absolutely scunnered that my profile has been maliciously shut down AGAIN on AW and it looks like I wont be getting it back. They said I have been reported for breach of terms and conditions (I haven't breached any T&C's) but because I have been reported a few times before this year for this I have lost my profile twice but this time they are adamant I am not getting it back

Its shocking that they can just whip away 2 years worth of perfect field reports and feedback at the drop of a hat despite the fact I have repeatedly proved to them that I have not breach fuck all on the site.

Anyway does anyone know of other ways to advertise in the UK other than Vivastreet and Northern Angels?

Paris has made a thread or post about this some time ago, and brought it up to date during one of the Adultwork outages.

Are you sure you haven't put anything about availability, working dates or anything like "phone now" into your strap line?

Googling 'Escort' and 'your area' should also show you the best directories to use.

ps when you advertise on other directories you will have to get used to a lot of enquiries from guys who haven't seen much, if any info simply because profiles tend to be more of a summary on these sites and often links to websites are not obvious(or they don't see point when they can telephone/text/ to ask whatever).

I literally just got my profile back. The site is so tedious sometimes. So many fakes/scammers and people who haven't logged on for years yet they shut down the decent, genuine girls when all it takes is a warning in an email so that you can rectify any problems they have with you rather than just shutting you down.

Sorted now anyway so I can relax, Ive been up to high dough since last nite with it all.

Might still be worth having a look. I've lost count of the number of ladies who get upset, see their business die when adultwork goes down or they lose their profile, but still don't bother advertising elsewhere.

You really do need your own website( apologies if you have one). It gives you a lot more credibility and its more personal you can make it about you and you can link your aw profile to it

With just having aw your totally at there mercy ( as its been proved )

Honest you got it ack now but what if you didn't and what if it was when you just shelled out a few hundred quid on a hotel ad it either goes down or they remove your profile

I find mine really usefull when I'm touring abroad as guys know that I'm genuine and not a fake as they can see all my reviews videos blog twitter Facebook ect rather tan just a one page profile

Yes, I agree with Strawberry and Paris, your own website is a godsend and really Escort-Scotland is not up to much at all. Look at some of the girls local to you that have good feedback and google their telephone number or name and you will find sites that work for where you are located. God bless Google. ROFL.

I don't have my own website though I have thought about it. I do wonder how it will be of any use when AW is down though? As having a link to my website on my AW profile is only a good thing while I have no issues with AW.

It can be linked to on directories
It can be found on google and yes men do use google to find escorts, 50% of my business is via this method.

If your long term in this business / or you tour ect then a website s worth its weight in gold
You aren't then just reliant on aw you can put your website up on lots of sites
So ok your advertising might go up a bit as there are some good paid for sites but you shoud also Mae more money.

You can asp have your adultwork profile/ gallery / private gallery or videos as a page on your website if you look at my website I have my private gallery / profile on my website along with my regular gallery as well

Not all of these need a website but having one should increase your business you can also banner / link swap with other escorts that are in your area as well which should increase your profile as well

Also even if aw goes down if you have a website called pink princess and its aways worth trying to incorporate your aw name within your personal website somehow so that if aw is down guys will remember your aw profile and google your name ad find your website

Ie my aw name is ParisB and I use the words bristol/British ebony escort a lot in my aw profile

so I have that name and words. like Bristol ebony escort Bristol escort Paris B all over my website So its quiet easy for a guy to find me if AW goes down

When I tour abroad it dose give me and advantage as i can link all my new reports to my site and I can update stuff quickly and easily myself
