Oral gonorrhea/duos
« on: 25 September 2015, 01:52:48 pm »
I have a question about the transmission of oral gonorrhea (or chlamydia) especially during duo bookings. Especially with the resistant gonorrhea spreading from Leeds.

My main worry is; can oral gonorrhea/chlamydia be transferred on the surface of a condom from covered oral to sex, therefore transferring an oral STI to the genitals?

If so then in duos and solo bookings we would need to change the condom every time we changed covered activity? E.g. each condom can only be in contact with one of us, either on mouth or genitals but not both.

I know the infections can be cleared up but I'd like to avoid genitals STIs all together - oral STIs is a risk I'm willing to take as I don't want to stop doing OWO but I need to do everything possible to minimise the risk of getting a genital STI. I never have unprotected sex but the risk of transferring an infection from the throat is a huge worry for me.

Thanks xx

You should be changing the condom anyway between different activities in a duo. Regardless of stis bv and thrush for example can be passed from one girls bits to the others and vice versa. Its also a good idea to change condoms from when you are giving oral to when you are having sex as you sucking all the lube off of it then using it to have sex with can increase the chances of the condom splitting.

We change the condom between penetration, e.g. never the same condom for sex with me as sex with my duo partner. But I might put the condom on and give him a little suck as I do so, before he penetrates my duo partner, or vice versa.
We would never have any direct genital contact between us but never thought of transferring infections via oral. I guess a lot of our clients are about to get educated on the importance of sexual hygiene lol we've had plenty who seemed surprised that they can't use the same condom with both of us! x

Yes I have heard of guys moaning about it breaking continuity when condoms are changed for each partner but basically you are barebacking your duo partner and as I say putting each other at risk of other non sti nasties. No reason a condom change can't be done quickly and fluidly. Some guys are just prats.

I always change condoms if there's any third party contact, mouth, ass, pussy or sticky hands...
I won't want her sexual or non-sex infections passed on to me.
Always got a big bag of condoms and changing them.
Distract the guy, no fuss.

Had a threesome and the client fucked me.
The other girl was new and was just about to allow
him to stick his cock in and I had to stop them both
and change the condom. Really not sure what she
was thinking.

Also a threesome with a girl who thought it was acceptable to
work with genital warts and when I asked, she shrugged
and said couldn't be bothered to have them treated.
The guy didn't seem to notice.

Like everyone else I change condoms between any activity when doing duos... you get through loads but better safe than sorry, continuity be damned.
