Total newbie, recieved a few emails from potential clients & they keep asking what services I offer although most of my adverts state that. I just feel rude saying go look at my advert again, but I don't wanna list everything I'm willing to do as that just seems shady. What would be the best response?

I would just saying I offer everything I say in my profile!

I always ask them on the phone if they have read my profile and are happy with what I offer, if they say yes then great. If not then as Amy said, I will l assess them personally and decide then whether or not I want to continue with that person.

Today I got off the phone without asking a new client if he had read my profile but I remembered just as he hung up so I text him asking and he responded saying yes he read it and he was happy but he likes domination which is something I don't do 

So I text back saying well obviously we are incompatible and I cancelled the booking. I said that not only do i not advertise domination services but I have a clear separate tab explaining what sort of service I offer.

My service isn't for everyone and I get that but while people who expect more from me than I actually offer keep booking me, they are only going to be disappointed and my reputation is only going to suffer because of it. So if ever I was strict before, I'm even more strict now trying to avoid incompatibility if I can help it.

For those who do actually accept what I offer, my reputation is spot on.

If you have a clear advert and make sure they are happy with it then there's nothing more you can do. If they STILL go ahead and book you then it's their own fault for making the wrong choice.
