When I accept a booking, I send a text with their full address, time, duration and fee -  and state this will be paid by cash at the start. If they don't confirm all details within 5 minutes,  the booking is cancelled ( yes, I'm that tough  This applies to Clients I know already - just to remind them.
I'm Outcall only and am livid if my time is wasted. Have been given a false address until I was close by once -and I turned tail and drove 45 minutes  home again, so it's mainly to prevent that sort of trick
