i onlyuse taxi drivers now to take me to airports and train stations, they always asking why i go away so much so my usual response  is that I am a fraud investigator for the inland revenue and i have a big case on at the moment.  this always results in them shutting up immediately with no further conversation at all.  and they all gossip between themselves as ihave had another driver ask me blatently for tax advice lol, without me saying my usual lie.

The taxi driver I had last night WOULDNT shut up!! He was the nosiest git I have had in a while. What did I do for a job, where was I going, how old was I, where did I come from? I just said I was an office worker and I was going to visit a friend who I hadnt seen in a while... totally threw him off the scent, despite fishnet stockings peeping through and hooker heels

I used to do that, but I have learned to wear casual clothes when using taxis and doing outcalls at nights. It spares me a lot of awkward situations.

haha i find this hilarious because i always get taxi drivers offering me their number and a cheap taxi so they can pocket the money themselves, not that i mind it they are only trying to make a living!

but yes i've been propositioned by a few taxi drivers, there was a rank right next to the parlour i used to work at and I'd get a taxi from them home, and obviously they all knew what my job was so inquired about my services often  xx
