Has anyone got any experience with this site? I work for an agency at the moment and would like to go independent. Or any other recommendations in manchester area will do. Thanks xx

I used to advertise on there.  Its a directory though mot an agency.  For me there was little to no work in Manchester bu. did get work from the touring section whilst i toured in Scotland, Liverpool etc. 

I noticed today that theres hardly any girls advertising as Manchester Independents on NA compared to a few years back.  Have you considered the LBB in Manchester?  Its much cheaper and has a much more active forum.  I going to give that a go myself next week.

Yep, some people mistakenly think it is an agency when it's an advertising directory. LBB and AW are also good bets for that area.

Ok thanks I need to have a look at the LBB. NA just looked like more professional than AW. 

To be fair, you could bash your head against the keyboard then Google the results and there's a good chance you'd come up with something that looked more professional than AW. What it looks like doesn't matter much if punters don't use it.

You can meet either the man or the woman who runs it. I have and there's been no untowardness from them.

To be honest my experience with widespread access to the internet is that it doesn't matter how classy, or professional a website looks - TWs and low quality clients can still access it and pick up the phone, or send you an email. As soon as I placed ads on sites supposedly aimed at 'professional gentlemen', I got the same TWs and text players, some who I'd encountered before from my other adverts. One was someone who when I arrived had no carpet on the floor, it was bare stained concrete, he was drinking, and he asked several times for bareback explaining that the last lady he's seen from that particular 'prestigious' website had offered bareback after a condom split and carried on doing so. Two further clients from the same website were also obvious heavy if not dependent drinkers, one a chain smoker so bad my eyes burned and entire body reeked of smoke afterwards, either in 'borrowed' properties or ones that equally smelled of tobacco and alcohol. I don't usually judge by people's habits in their personal time, occupation, income level or whatever but if they expect bareback and/or are affected to the point where they are clumsy in bed/difficult to be with, their mouth tastes like a boozy ashtray and I'm coming away with sore eyes and lungs then I don't want to be there.

Lesson is ANYONE and EVERYONE can access websites and make a booking. They can also say anything in an email or phone call, until you meet them you have no way of knowing.

Also 'well to do gents' can be bad clients too, some think because they are paying they are entitled to whatever they want.

My opinion is get yourself on as many front page google websites as you can and don't overlook AW, there's lots of very decent clients who use it as a resource.
