What is your policy when clients don't show up? Do you have a grace period?! Do you call/txt to make sure they're coming or do you just label them

I just block them, im not wasting brain cells on chasing them when they probably wont answer phone or reply to texts.

I give them ten minutes from the start of their booking and then thats it and I dont give second chances.

I agree with Lady_Lust, if a client is genuine he will phone and tell you he is delayed if you hear nothing hes a TW.

BUT I have a question, what would you do if you were booked up and your (1 hour) 1pm booking arrived 15 minutes late without a phone call to tell you he was running late?

Would you.....

1. Give him the full hour knowing this is going to cause problems later by making all the other bookings after him run late?
2.  Give him 45 minutes but still charge him for the hour?
3.  Offer him a shorter 30 minute booking and take the loss? (if you offer these)
4.  Refuse to see him?

It is up to the client to let you know they are running late, it's not your job to chase them up.

And with me  they have to let me know before the booking time not ten minutes after they were due to arrive.

4 but I suppose it might depend on wether or not they actually have arrived.

After all if they are still 5 minutes away then they are going to be at least 20 minutes late, then you have to get the money sorted out and they have to shower, so it could be 30-40 minutes after the original time before you even get started.

I just block No shows.
If he cancels, I save his number and give him one more shot. Same goes for guys who never confirm one hour before the booking time, one  more shot only.

I'd go with option 2, personally.

I'd like to think I might do number two but if I had gotten changed back into normal things I'd prob say number four.  Definitely wouldn't be number one or number three.  Why should I be put out because of HIS lack of consideration.

No shows get marked and lose booking priority.

4. Realistically not many clients will pay for the hour and get 45 minutes or less than that. Clients can walk if they change their mind even if isn't ideal for the escort. I wouldn't pay the full price for some thing, for them to cut a chunk out of the item. Not many in society would to be honest.

I would choose option 5, charge him for 45 minutes

Yeah, that is by far the most preferable, I'd say.

I always calculate 30 mins after a booking so up to 30 mins they can arrive. the number of clients that miscalculate journey time/gps issue/ traffic at rush hour on M25/accidents and road closures are big. I work in London, mind.

This. It shouldn't mess with your bookings with the rest of the day if you have a 30 min grace period after the booking start time to allow for showers etc. It just means I'd have to be a bit quicker getting ready if the next guy is immediately after.

For me it has nothing to do with time really.

If a guy has been ill mannered/discourteous and rude enough not to contact re his lateness/timing then I don't see why I should afford him the courtesy.  It works both ways.
