Assuming this is some punting forum (and these are off topic here, so we won't discuss it further), the vast majority of punters don't even know they exist - it can appear otherwise but that's purely because the minority are visible while the people who just call, book, turn up and then get on with doing their thing until next time obviously are not (the latter are the ones with busy lives and better things to do than cause you problems, too).

It's a little like the people who think all prostitutes are exploited street workers with addiction problems because that's all they ever see, and that indoor workers like most of us are a tiny, privileged and therefore non-representative minority who barely make up a percentage, even though the opposite is true. Being relatively invisible shouldn't be confused with non-existent .
