How can you use the plumber idea when a man is standing in your hallway?
What exactly prevents you from using it Flufs?
Here: "Tony, there's a huge leak in the neighbours ceiling downstairs and the plumber is coming with the landlord in 5 minutes"

Of course of you live in a house (versus a flat) then you gotta think of some other excuse.
