How to stop yourself from getting sore?
« on: 04 August 2015, 12:36:15 am »
hi girls!
So when i have sex normally with a guy, after the second time it actually starts to hurt to do it anymore. maybe they are too rough or i'm just not wet enough or something. Anyways i can imagine after a few guys in a day it can get like this? How do you deal with it or prevent it from happening?

Well, there are two main things to consider here.

1. Are you using enough lube? A good, water-based lube (no oil!) is very important. Another option is a silicone lube but I find those irritate me a bit.
2. Are you perhaps sensitive to latex? This is actually pretty common. Try a non-latex condom. Boots sell a brand called Skyns. I don't know if they're all non-latex but at least some of them are so read the label. Give those a try and if the irritation stops then you know what the problem was.

I keep a teeny little old (clean!) lip balm pot with a dab of lube in it by the bed, no lid on it, easy to pop my finger in the lube while changing positions or something, I like to keep lubed up on a busy day or when I get a booking that involves alot of penatration to avoid getting sore or drying out.
I use one of those vagisil washes between bookings in place of shower gel and seems to help reduce soreness/irritation from too much sex.

When I was whoring I used to use one of the little syringes you use to give kiddies their medicine.  Just before the client arrived I would squirt it up and they thought I was "so wet for them" ..... If only they knew.  ;)
Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

Instead of all the feminin products wash yourself with aqueous cream from Tesco, white and blue tube. Less than ?2 and it does wonders.

'Liquid Silk' from Lovehoney is amazing!

I keep it on the bed and use when necessary. It's the best lube ever.

I second Fab in trying non-latex. I was tortured with soreness, redness, recurring thrush, I had so many days off work. Now that I use non-latex (I too am a Skyns fan! Great fits, all non-latex, the packets are even easy to grip to open compared to durex et al) I have absolutely no problems. And lube lube lube.

Oh and I always say "Now, we'll have to start very slow and gentle then we can go hard after" because I would just split myself in two if I didn't start super slow.

I typically do OWO, and only considered a latex allergy when I realised my mouth was itchy after the odd OW client.

+1

I do the same as LL does and put some up as far as I can get it before the booking starts.

Hey that's a really good idea! Those looks of disbelief & bafflement that clients give when I reach for the lube are really irritating. Bathing with a few drops of Tea tree oil is good for soothing.

My flatmate takes baths with Bicarbonate of Soda. While I'm still not convinced she swears by it.

I've never noticed any looks of disbelief or bafflement. If a client comments then just say that the lube is necessary because of the condom. Condoms are lubricated but to prevent breakage applying lube is always better.

I only get sore if I do something dumb like beg a guy hung like a sperm whale to pound me with impunity. Made that mistake the other day and I've been applying lidocaine gel ever since. Stings when it's applied but then (mostly) numbs me.
