First port of call should be the "Main site" - the button for that is just along from the Home button.  Sorry I'm on iPad and can't do links.  Read it fully three or four times. This will help take in most of the aspects of the job. 

While ur doing that write down any questions you have and when finished reading put the relevant words for your questions into one of the given search buttons given here on the forum.  If at first nothing comes up, try another selection for it is unlikely your question hasn't been answered before by someone.

Should you still not have an answer then ask your question and those with an answer will respond.
