Title: Need advice on possibly advertising as bj only for a while

So basically I have been taking time off of work due to a medical issue involving my vagina. This is not sti related at all. I'm at the point now where I've been off almost a month and unsure when I can get back to work. I have been thinking of advertising as blow job only for a while, but worried that clients will think I have an sti or something. My 'illness fund' is starting to dry up unfortunately, so need to start looking into options.
