Hello there,

I'm so sorry to hear about your predicament. I can't imagine if any of my face pictures got out and I understand your anxiety and frustration.

Unfortunately, in this case, you are right. I don't think there is anything you can do about the pictures that have been distributed. Them boys are going to have it saved somewhere and you run the risk of them getting out if you ever get famous. This, you'll probably have to live with. Take it as a lesson learnt.

Never trust anybody in this business. That pimp of yours sound a piece of work. He is such an a-hole! I'm not sure what the laws are in Spain. But I think you can demand that this jerk face stop using your pictures. I don't see how a lawyer is going to be able to be of much help since the pictures have already been out. From my understanding, he used your pictures to market you in an old newletter but isn't you them now. Is that correct?

Maybe look into copyright laws. If you own the copyright to those pictures and he hasn't gotten permission to use them, you might have a case. Otherwise, it's not looking too good :/

Agencies use fake photos of models all the time. The likelihood of your particular photos ending up in the hands of someone who matters to you are very slim, and you can always deny everything. After all, you're a model! Photos of you exist and so it would make sense that some scummy agency would use them even if you're not involved.

Don't get too stressed. You could always say your photos were stolen from facebook & used on agency sites. Some agencies are well known for using professional model photos (without their consent), stealing them and using the photos as bait and switch scams.

But i would recommend this Never ever send any photos that are published on your facebook page or any other personal sites or modelling portfolio. People can easily Tin eye your photos and find your facebook page or modelling portfolio.

Get photos especially done for escort work.

We have all made mistakes hun. Just learn from them. But the agency owner sounds like a right scumbag!

I think its very unlikely it will ever get out that you did some escorting for such a short time.  Most of these guys will delete the email/forget about the email, if they are on his mailing list they will have got lots of them, and very unlikely will remember you, I bet lots and lots of pictures are sent to their inbox every month.

I saw a picture of a very famous model on the website of a very upmarket central London escort agency, there was no way this model would be working for them, she was in a high profile TV ad campaign at the time for a well known high street fashion store,  so they obviously stole the photo, thinking they could trick the men booking her into seeing a similar looking girl, and this is probably what people would think if they saw your pictures connected with escorting.  If anyone ever did confront you, just say someone stole your pictures, lets face it, this happens all the time.  You would defiantly be believed.

In fact, if you're ever confronted (and I really doubt you ever will be) pretend to be shocked and outraged. You've never seen them before, and this is all news to you... outrageous, shocking news.

People will believe you.

+ 1

And never ever ever work for an escort agency again. Because they don't give a rats ass about your safety or your privacy. All they care about is how much money you can make them. If you want to do some sex-for-money on the side to your modeling job just put an ad yourself, have some professional pictures taken with your blurred face  (shot specially for this purpose. DO NOT use your facebook pics or modeling pics as people can google or tin eye them). Never send your face picture to anybody. If ever someone finds out (nobody will, believe me) just say your modeling photos got stolen from the web and used by an escort agency. Like UK domme said it happens all the time.

I entirely agree with the other ladies. I know it seems scary right now, but your photos being linked to an escort site is not as awful as it could be BECAUSE you are a model. If you weren't a model it may be awful. But because you are a model, photos of you could easily end up in all sorts of places very plausbily. Just deny, deny and deny, be "horrified" if ever brought to your attention by someone you know outside the sex industry and do not worry. Honestly, the fact that you are a model really has saved your bacon.

One of the pictures is a big pic of my face, I mean, only face, hardly they would send a photo only of a face if its fake  :-

Of course there are agencies that do this. It's 'bait and switch' - they get the bookings by promising Ms Incredible and send Ms SomeoneElse. Most of the time the client goes 'I suppose you'll do', and it's not them who is in the room with the pissed off ones.

Lesson learnt, and you can use the outrage you now feel to use if anyone does point them out to you.

thanks a lot now I feel a little better

anyway I still thinking about to do something in a legal way

I just can't accept what that pimp did to me

For example if I talk to a lawyer, the pimp can prove that I worked for him (they book the tickets and the hotel, maybe for that reason). also they want you to transfer the money from that country using your name.

in spain his work is not legal, of course, and even less in the arab country he sent me, so if I go to a lawyer, he will never show the proofs, because it will say that he is a pimp, right?

If you are pursuing a case against him using lawyers, then don't be surprised that he shows those proof of documents. The way I see it, yes, he used your pictures against your wishes but you did work for him and he has documentary evidence. And men can be vengeful and petty. They would cut off their nose to spite their face (i.e. risk their own freedom  just so they can out you as revenge)

If you want your past to go away quietly, lawyers don't seem to be the right approach. I would do as the other girls have advised, deny deny deny and act shocked that some jerk could rip your fb pictures and use it to advertise escorts.

It's either pursue the case with lawyers and risk him exposing you or leave it be and hope your pictures never resurface. Just my thoughts.

You need to try and let this go. I know it's not easy but you will never get anything out of pursuing him legally. He won't give you any money, you can be sure of that. The emails full of photos have been sent, so that bell can't be un-rung. All you would do is add to the stress and hassle that you've already had.

This guy fucked you over and you're going to be annoyed about that for a long time. But try to learn from it and move on.

Believe us when we tell you that it is almost certain that nothing will come of this. The odds of someone who matters seeing your photos in the context of the emails is very, very slim. And, as we say, stealing model's photos is extremely common. It's so common that many clients won't see an escort who has professional-looking photos on her profiles, because the bait-and-switch happens so often.

If someone were to say "Hey! Isn't this you?" (and it won't happen) you can just look shocked and outraged and they will believe you.

You're confused here. In Spain prostitution is legal, as well as pimping. So when it comes to the Spanish laws this guy is not doing anything wrong (which is probably why he moved his there in the first place).. As per the other Arab country,  it's not legal, but he'll never be arrested because he's in Spain. This guy is not stupid, he's done his homework :-)

No, really, pimping is not legal in spain, but if you do it because you want, the pimp hardly will have problems.

Thats why they never use the word sex, they say the client pays for the escort time.

Anyway, this week this guy is using fake pictures of an aussie model, so I think this is very good for me.

Good!

The only people it would be good for if you tried using lawyers would be the lawyers - they would get paid.

Sorry If I'm being nosey but I am a bit confused about why you would want to see a lawyer and what result you would expect after seeing a lawyer?

From what I have read and understood The agency owner told you he would distribute by email a newsletter to his regular clients which would contain your face picture? You supplied a face picture.

Also from what I have read and understood The agency owner told you he would that he would use pictures of another model (not face pictures) to create an online profile for you. So he posted pictures of someone else online to represent you and you agreed to that? Creating an online advert may not be quite the same as sending pictures by email?

So this man didn't really post pictures of you online as he used pictures of someone else to create an online profile. But he did include your face picture in a newsletter that he then emailed to clients. But from what you have written it seems that he did tell you what he intended on doing and you did agree to do as he advised.

(removed excessive quoting)

I'm sorry, maybe my english is not so good.

You think that I would be one year with anxiety and w/o sleeping if what the guy did was ok and I was agree with that?

Legal status of pimping in Spain:

The only article in the Code dealing specifically with adult prostitution is Art?cle 188, which bans pimping:[9]

Owning an establishment where prostitution takes place is in itself legal, but the owner cannot derive financial gain from the prostitute or hire a person to sell sex because prostitution is not considered as an activity in Spain and thus has no legal recognition. Which means that Pimping is "allegal" in Spain: it's in some sort of "legal loophole" or "legal limbo" when it comes to the laws, hence the reason the country is populated with bordellos left and right. They're all out there in the open, mostly in main roads and urban centers with huge neon signs. Some of them (the most popular ones) will have more than 100 women working at a time (most of them foreign). Hence the reason Spain is called "the heaven for pimps and women trafficking in Europe". Mafias know this and take advantage of the current legal  Spanish"loophole" shipping EE, African and South American women every year by the thousands to these huge bordellos ( and I'm not exagerating).

OP  There's nothing wrong with hiring a lawyer, getting advice and trying to sue this guy, but if you were not forced into prostitution by the British pimp (and I believe you were not) I'm afraid you won't have a leg to stand on because of the legal loophole. But hey... again...nothing wrong with going to a Spanish lawyer. He'll probably give you better advise than me :-)

There's a reason why British guy is operating his business from Spain, because he's done his "homework".  Now...If you have his real name and personal info he might be scared for you "outing him". Specially if he comes from a posh Brit family) or blackmailing him, but that's a whole different issue. I'm not encouraging you AT ALL to do this because he too has your photos and personal info. If you're concerned right now because your picture was at some point in a newsletter wait till he feels threatened: your picture might be plastered all over the web.

So I f I were you I would just take a deep breath...move on and forget that this ever happened to you. It's highly unlikely that you will ever be outed because of a photo in a private newsletter. That is unless you become the next kate Moss...and If that ever happens "your photo was stolen from the web and used by an escort agency" end off. Deny Deny deny.

Stop worrying about it  :)

Yeah,, I know

It would be off topic I guess, but if they are not arrested is because the girls are too scared to talk the police about them, but usually once a month in Spain they arrest pimps.

With the pimps in super places, they skip the legal problem saying they get money from the girls because they rent them the rooms. And if the girls dont talk, there's nothing to do.

And with the vip agencies, the same, they say they sell time and company. They would never say yes she fucks and I get the money.

Anyway I'm not going to any lawyer, what I will do is pray  :FF :'( :'(

Yes Ana thank you. I will deny if it happens.

They are using fake pictures this week so I think I will saved. Ugghh.

Having his personal info makes me feel a little better, because he was very worried about his privacy, he gives a fake name and another phone number, but thanks a friend of mine I have his name, company's name, number, and everything.

I will do something thats for sure, but hiding myself  ;D

Yes, but those pimps who get arrested are usually low level thugs involved in other more serious punishable crimes (money laundering, drugs etc..) , and do so because there was some kind of "coercion" involved, or they hired non EE workers, which becomes an "immigration violation" (thus automatically falling out of the "happy legal loophole")  and that's how they get busted. But not for the pimping in itself.

Hi.

I'm happy to report the last news about this crap agency.

Another girl had found what they do with girls pictures. Not only by mails to the clients, also they made a facebook fan page with all the girls pictures with the face unblurred (not mine).
