That's always been my belief too, they also have to be at least 18.

I'm outcall only so I don't worry so much about ages....someone under 18 is HIGHLY unlikely to have a place to make a booking to and ?100 to pay for it.

Oh God, you know when you read something over and over and you can't work out which way round something is (e.g reading a positive negative statement), I'm feeling that right now no matter how many times I read the replies lol.

So, it is illegal (for escorts) for a client under 18 to pay for sex?  Yes or No?

I think No.

But under 16 is a different matter entirely.

The important thing is the age of the person you are having sex with, not whether they are paying you for it.

I think yes. Paid sex is treated differently in law and society. If the provider has to be 18, not 16, then I think the client should too!
