More Work for Independent Escorts.....
« on: 25 April 2008, 02:24:41 pm »
Hi Girls  :)

I'm fairly new at escorting. I just started three months ago. I started with an agency at first but soon realised it wasn;t for me so I decided to try working as an "Independent" escort. So far its going ok. I registered with www.independentescortsguide.co.uk and I get around three jobs each week through that...which is great.....but its not really enough. I rent a flat in Chelsea so very expensive etc. Any suggestions for any other good places to get listed? I saw a few others but they want ?100 squid a month!! There's no way I want to pay that much. Independent escorts guide is only ?20 each month. I think that's the most I want to pay. Any suggestions?

Cheers xx

It may sound like a lot more money,  but when I was on eros I got so many calls and offers that I could pick and choose the men.  I used Eros Chicago VIP,  and I paid more to be listed as VIP, but I was able to pull between 5 and 6 hundred an hour (I didn't have my price listed)  and got enough regulars that I was able to bring my page down completely after 2 months.

Hope this helps!

Other than that, Craigslist is really popular here,  I don't know if it is active in the UK. It's free!  I would post in erotic service,  like all the other girls,  but I also put a more personalized ad in the adult service section; I entitled it something like True GFE For One Gentleman.

Other than that,  contact some of the girls who are doing well and say you have a client interested in a double ( you should be able to find at least one guy willing to spring for 2 girls if you are getting 3 calls a week!) .  Let them work with you and recieve 1/2 the money,  then offer your services the same way.  Let them know that you think doubles are easy money and if their clients are willing you will make the transaction as easy and painless as possible.

If you have a client you are incompatable with,  that you aren't interested in seeing anymore, set him up with one of the girls you are hoping to get work from.  She may appreciate the client and be more willing to send her cast offs your way.

It would be really wierd to call a client and try to get more business out of them for yourself,  but completely acceptable, and sexy, to call on behalf of another girl.  Guys love this,  it makes them feel like they have entered into a next level of "the escort world"..  :)  Everybody benefits.

Also,  be sure that your clients become regulars.  Go the extra mile in the beginning.  Be ready well before they get there (I'm always running late,  the quickest way to put off a client!),  make sure the ambience of your place is as lovely as possible,  do kegels to make sure your tight down there ( I used a kegelmaster and highly recommend it to working girls),  get really in to the massage so it doesn't just feel like a timewaste ( I often do this after sex),  ask the client on the phone if there is anything special you could wear for them, be fantastically groomed.

Also,  text your clients!  Use all good excuses to keep in touch.  Every holiday or serious event is an excuse to send a text your clients. Keep the tone sexy and friendly.  You will be surprised how often this turns into a booking.  I also send out texts like.. " I just got back in town,  miss you..  ; ) " ... on a Monday morning.  It doesn't matter that I've been chillin at the house all weekend.  The effect is still that they are more interested.

Hope this helps..  :)  Best of luck!

I don't agree with calling. Email if you like, but unsolicited calls are a big no-no, at least in the UK.

Eros is also different in the UK. They say it costs ?50/month, but they really don't have the presence here to justify that, so UK listings are currently free.

I may be wrong, but I don't believe there are any expensive directories in this country that bring in as much business as the cheap and free ones. Have a look at my site, I have return links to various directories that list me and I only keep the ones that bring in traffic (business is harder to determine as punters are rubbish at remembering where they found my site). All of those are free, I'm not currently paying for any advertising.

Punterlink has always been my best referrer, other girls have other favourites. I'd say that adultwork is worth a try. I don't get much from it, but some girls get loads of work and despite their dodgy reputation a lot of decent guys use the site.

Punternet is ?12/month and the original escort directory. A lot of ladies have stopped advertising there because it's now mostly vulger ads, but you could give it a try.

Since you're in London, I hear Cherry Girls is good. You have to pay for that one, I don't know how much.

The problem is, what may well work in the States, doesn't always apply to the UK. As Anika Mae says, I wouldn't dream of calling/texting a client to let them know of my availability. That's a bit of no-no here. Saying that, if you're invited by the client to do so (he's single so has no worries), then that's different. But wait until you're invited. Don't cold call customers.

I'm listed on Eros and they're good for the odd booking or two, but much better if you want to tour the States. The only thing I don't like about them is that they ask for your personal details. I had to send them a (colour) copy of my passport before they would list me when I had a tour to New York last year. But as I say, they were brilliant for enquiries for my tour, so I bit the bullet and gave in.

Cherry Girls is now ?100 a month (!) to advertise with them, and they insist on meeting you before you're listed to ensure you're genuine. A bit too rich for my blood, but they do offer a lot for their site. It's run by an ex-customer of working girls.
I stick to the free and cheap listings. It brings me the business I want.

Bloody hell, I had no idea Cherry Girls was that expensive. I suppose it's worth it for those who advertise there. Standing out in London must be hard.

Oh, I forgot to mention that a lot of sites won't list you unless you have your own website. If you don't have one yet, get one together. There's advice on the main site about it and more on the forum if you do a search.

and just to add quite a few directories wont list you if you have a free site (such are rare escorts) due to hoax and scam websites

Someone's obviously going 'ker-ching', dunno, and wasn't that always the case? :)

Yep, definitely.

It's popular with trans workers here, making their passport policy particularly interesting in some cases!
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

Yeah, it used to be ?50 a month, but I guess he's no fool. Why spend money on working girls when you can just make loads from them instead?!

I know a lot of people do not like adult work but I have to say I get a lot of work from it and I also have started advertising on vivastreet which is free and I have had a few people who have seen me through that add.
