can some one advise the best way to get around the law of having more the 2 girls working

a) Don't do it.

b) Do it somewhere the police don't mind, and obey the unwritten rules for that area including remembering to pay taxes etc.

(I assume I would have heard if it had changed yet so,) more than one person providing sexual services from a single premises is still illegal. You can't get around it, it applies even if they're never both there at once, so what XW5 said. You have to find out where it's tolerated.

Even two workers each renting their own room in bedsit-style accommodation may be considered a brothel if they share facilities such as a bathroom.

Back in Jan 2006 there was the suggestion in the government's response to the results of the 2004 Paying the Price consultation that they would change the brothel laws to allow 'two or three' people to offer sex from the same premises, but there's been zero sign of any actual action on this.

One of the problems in giving advice in this area is that local police forces vary hugely in this regard. Subletting your working flat on your day off will get you in court in one place, while other forces will invite you onto a committee to talk about how best to run your two substantial parlours.

any suggestions for obtaining the reliable local info on police's stance? would it be possible to obtain their views from somewhere discreetly?

no one wants to break the laws we need to abide by.

The easiest way is to have a look for other people doing what you want to do. If you can't find any, there's usually a very good reason for that. If there's lots, and they've been going for a while, it's highly likely that the police are not treating it as a priority.

on the southcoast area at the moment but am considering to move to E Sussex in the future when I am able to - I am in the process of selling up my current place at the moment thank you for your kindest reply on this

Police in Sussex are tolerant. They know all the local brothels and leave them be as long as they behave themselves. I'm not sure about the rest of the coast, but you could ask on southeastpunting.com.

If you're not willing to break the law under any circumstances it's a non-starter. Local police control their own policies, but the law on this is national.

i am based in bedfordshire but as you can see in the local paper there are quite a few and some have 10 girls its amazing

I'd be slightly surprised if it were ten at once - both in terms of the size of premises needed and the level of demand implied - but I noticed today that Milton Keynes has a huge number of reviews on PN and there are several long established places there.

Not sure about the "demand" but maybe it suggests more competition in the area? (punters go there since there are more women to choose from?)
