Does this work both ways? Once we have the money there are no guarantees and if we are unhappy for any reason we can request they leave with no refunds and no contractual consequences?
Think you might have opened a can of worms here, Tickle.
Personally, I have never thrown anyone out who has made it to the bed but I have thrown people out before money has changed hands.
If someone violated me or attempted to do something I don't advertise or didn't consent to, I would ask him to leave and there would be no refund. That saying, my life is more important than a hour's fee so if it was hand back the cash or get attacked, I'd give it to him. I've got kids to think about who depend on me.
What I have done is a client has booked me for an hour and then on arrival has decided to just do half an hour. Sometimes I agree but there have been a couple of times when I have been very been pissed off for other reasons and I've refused and told them it's an hour or they can walk ( I was firm but polite).
They've always stayed.
On the legalities about your question, I have no idea. I doubt any client would go to court over it but they could kick up a stink with the hotel etc.
