The former charge is around arranging or facilitating travel within the United Kingdom for another person when you intend that you / someone else will do something involving a sexual offence (such as 'causing or inciting prostitution for gain' or the voyeurism he's also charged with). It "almost certainly" involves a sentence of over a year if found guilty: he's in deep shit.
It's going to be interesting to see if agencies start getting charged with this. If so, people running agencies may well start crapping themselves: at 14 years, the maximum penalty is twice the one for 'control for gain'.
